Brian M. Viveros returns to Beinart Gallery with TRUE GRIT, a title evoking strength, power, resilience, and the ability to persist despite adversity. Known for his iconic signature portraits of fierce, powerful, smoky-eyed women, Viveros once again dives into his world of “DirtyLand,” where blood, beauty, and bravado collide. This body of work pushes Viveros into new territory, incorporating floral motifs, bolder color palettes, and fresh new techniques. His ‘Woman of Power’ remain battle-ready and defiant as ever, wearing their battle scars like armor.
Brian M. Viveros is a California-based artist best known for his meticulously detailed portraits of femme fatales. Drawing on pop culture, lowbrow, and tattoo aesthetics, Brian has created his own iconic signature Dirtyland world of Anti-Pinup warriors! Viveros has exhibited extensively internationally and continues to build a loyal following with his depictions of dangerous vixens.
