I’m in OAXACA M\u00e9xico for my BirthDAY of the Dead, ‘D\u00eda de los Muertos,’ and I’ve got some EXCITING news to share:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today is the official launch of my very own Premium Mezcal, VIVAROSE<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VIVAROSE<\/mark><\/strong> is a premium, BLOOD-RED Mezcal created here in Oaxaca. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I knew VIVAROSE<\/mark><\/a><\/strong> had to be blood-red because the color is so central to the life and blood found in my art. The natural BLOOD-RED pigment in VIVAROSE<\/mark><\/strong> is produced from the Grana Cochinilla, a tiny insect that survives on the nopal cactus of Oaxaca; dried, crushed, then ground into a fine crimson powder. This rich, blood-red pigment has brought stories to life on the canvas for centuries and that same tradition brings VIVAROSE<\/mark><\/strong> to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating VIVAROSE<\/mark><\/strong> has been quite the ride and it took A LOT to arrive at this special day. I\u2019d like to thank my homiezz and partners Mike Dirnt, Anthony Aquino, Sean Gibbons, Rafa, and Fraternity MX. You believed in VIVAROSE<\/mark><\/strong>; the vision and my art. I couldn\u2019t have made this dream a reality without you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launching VIVAROSE<\/mark><\/strong> IN Oaxaca ON November 2nd, Day of the Dead AND my birthday, feels like a surreal accomplishment. It\u2019s mind blowing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we celebrate my birthday and the launch of VIVAROSE<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>, we honor the spirit of Dia de Los Muertos–a celebration of spirit, creativity, and living passionately.
